·         6+ years of experience on JAVA / J2EE/XML/Webservices, with design and development experience on Amazon Cloud (Mandatory)

·         Good understanding on Amazon EC2 cloud environment

·         Experience on EC2-based servers, Elastic Load Balancing, Amazon RDS &Amazon S3

·         Design apps. for Auto scaling, Caching, and Advanced diagnostics

·         Messaging and integration with Service Bus Queue

·         Implementation based on Amazon Storage

·         Good understanding of Open Source middle wares, hands on experience essential

·         Knowledge on Database, SOA and Middleware

·         Working knowledge on other cloud platform added advantage

·         Prior experience in cloud consulting and assessment added advantage

·         Effective  Module Design, Code-Reviews & Testing

·         Understanding Business Requirements & Effective Project Documentation

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
