Job Details Overview 

 

·         Overall IT experience of 12-15 years with 6-8 years of relevant DW & BI experience (Mandatory)

·         Worked as DW & BI architect in at least 3-4 DW & BI projects guiding the clients for futuristic DW & BI roadmap

·         Strong domain knowledge on BFSI and having at least 6-8 years of DW & BI project execution as architect for BFSI clients

·         Has extensive knowledge on BFSI industry standards, next generation solutions for BFSI clients

·         Very strong architect skills including in depth knowledge on data modeling, ETL, Reporting and Analytical capabilities

·         Experience in understanding the BFSI data patterns, data monitoring and data reconciliation and propose the optimization of the existing DW & BI architectures

·         Should have experience in DW/BI performance improvement areas with focus on both design and tools implementation

·         Should have been part of the team that has built solutions and frameworks for BFSI clients

·         Good knowledge of Banking products and solutions (one or more) such as FlexCube, Fiserv, Temenos, Finacle, FIS, Misys, etc.

·         Must be able to articulate industry level reference architecture in BFSI domain in DW/BI and Analytics space with focus on tools and technologies

·         Have strong Point Of View on industry solutions around BFSI domain in DW, BI and Analytics space

·         Has recognition in the industry for his contributions on the various DW & BI forums

·         Expectation management of various stakeholders such as client Manager, IT Director, PMs and user's

·         Desirable tools/technology experience any one or combination thereof – BOXI/BODS/DataStage/Cognos/MSBI/Informatica/Microstrategy

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
