·         Knowledge in Database like (Oracle, DB2, Teradata) – Physical Data Modeling knowledge/ experience

·         Datastage – Hands on Experience, Architecture, Technical Leadership Design & Performance Tuning

·         Strong SQL skills and knowledge on PL/SQL

·         Proficient in Datastage Job Design. Development using DataStage Designer & Director

·         Effective  Module Design, Code-Reviews & Testing

·         Understanding Business Requirements & Effective Project Documentation

·         Effective Project & People Management Skills

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
