Documents to be carried for the walk-in
· A copy of resume
· Passport size photo
· Last 3 months pay-slip copies
· PAN Card #
. Mark sheet & Certificate of highest qualification
. Two professional references to be provided
Eligibility Criteria
· 15 years of regular education is a must. Universities covered under UGC Act are considered.
· Graduation through correspondence is not eligible.
· Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
· Not more than 2 years of gap in graduation or employment.
· Candidates should have good communication skills.
· Willingness to work in any shifts including night shifts.

3 Simple Steps to Refer your buddy and create EPIR No.
Step 1: Create buddy's profile
Go to Ultimatix --> Workforce Management --> Global Recruitment System --> Referrer Home --> Create Buddy Profile.
*Select BPO option for referring your Buddies for BPO
Step 2: Ask buddy to confirm profile
Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy) and confirm the profile.
Step 3: Ask buddy to upload resume
Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to upload the application form and resume.
Note :EPIR no is active only 6 months from the time candidate uploads the resume and fill in application form. If the candidate has not been contacted/through any interview process within the time period the referrer needs to recreate the profile.
