Job Details Overview:

·         Experiences in WCS various versions 5.4, 5.6, 6.0 and 7.0

·         Technical knowledge on Java/J2EE and WCS

·         Knowledge on SOA, Process Server, Rules Engine, Web Methods would be added advantage

·         Experience in Agile, iterative and parallel development model is desirable

·         Should have done atleast 3 WCS enterprise implementation in the capacity of Architect/Lead

·         Atleast 4-5 years of WCS experience

·         Participate in multiple WCS projects as WCS Architect

·         Convert business requirements into a design & ability to see through the modular issues

·         Can independently handle overall architectural designs, Envision NFR's and implement the same

·         Should be able to quickly analyze the fitment of the Websphere Commerce for the business problem, identify gaps and suggest solution around WCS with minimum customization

·         Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application

·         Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and post-deliverable strategy

·         Ability to lead and mentor teams, should have played leadership roles before

·         Experience in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills

·         Will be a WCS technical SPOC person for all the projects/pre sales activities

·         Experience at client onsite premises will be added advantage and should be ready to travel

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
