·         Full functional knowledge of SharePoint 2010 OOB Functionality, Features, Components and Web Parts

·         Must be proficient in delivering the full SharePoint curriculum

·         Must thoroughly understand the content in order to be able to respond to questions that are raised during course sessions

·         Must also be fully versed in the CoE SharePoint Help Offerings

·         Must work closely with Training Development on the continuous improvement of the training course materials and new course offerings

·         Performance will be measured by requestor feedback. This feedback can be informal as documented in the discussion board or formal by satisfaction survey responses

·         Should have outstanding written and spoken communication skills

·         Good understanding on how to relate business needs to SharePoint functionality

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
