Job Details Overview:

·         Experience in WCS 6.0

·         Knowledge on SOA, Process Server, Rules Engine, Web Methods is required

·         Should have done enterprise implementation of WCS

·         Should be able to quickly analyze the fitment of the Websphere Commerce for the business problem, identify gaps and suggest solution around WCS with minimum customization

·         Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application

·         Can convert business requirements into a design

·         Has the ability to see through the modular issues

·         Can independently handle all modular designs

·         Should be able to play the role of module lead and mentor a team

·         Participates in architecture and design of solution, leads module level design and implementation

·         Maps the project life cycle with the project manager

·         Manages rollout and post-deliverable strategy

·         Should have experience in Customer facing roles and interaction skills

·         Experience in iterative and parallel development model is desirable

·         Should have experience in planning & Ability to lead team

·         Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables

·         Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
