have an urgent requirement for Team Lead / Tech Lead position with our CMM Level 4 organization @ bangalore as per the job details given below :

Position                : Team Lead

Experience           : 4-8 Years

Education            : B.E/ B.Tech/MCA

Location               : Bangalore, India

Job Details           :

The successful candidate will be an expert in JavaScript and its prominent libraries such as JQuery and Prototype. Highly proficient in CSS3 and semantic HTML 5. Competency in object oriented programming languages is a plus. Strong communication skills are a must. 

Skills

·         Ability to work in small, fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·         Expert-level JavaScript ability, 4-5 years of JavaScript development

·         Familiarity and experience with emerging standards such as HTML5's suite of technologies

·         Expertise with Jquery or similar JavaScript library preferred

·         Strong competency in CSS3 and semantic mark-up, including but not limited to table-less layouts

·         Exposure to at least one object-oriented programming language (Java)

·         Firm grasp of cross-browser JS and CSS complexities

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to manage one's time effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines

·         A great attitude and willingness to have fun in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
