· Should be ready to travel on a short term onsite assignment
· Should have good functional understanding of the PKMS package and he/she should be able to resolve user queries in a short twitch of time
· Good verbal and written communication is a must

· Identify technical risks and develop risk mitigation planning.
· Understand and communicate detail requirement use cases.
· Define deployment plan
· Develop and control release master document
