We have few more open positions for fresher. These positions require candidates with exceptional track record.
Please share your references - if they fulfill all the below mentioned criteria :
1. Fresher from 2013 batch only.
2. You have the conviction that your reference can be a top performer at RBEI
3. Candidate must have graduated from superior engineering colleges
4. Eligibility criteria :
· 70% or above in academics (10th, 12th and BE) with no history of backlogs
· Specialized in CSE/Info Science/ECE/EEE branches only
5. Other guidelines :
· Candidates who have attended RBEI’s selection process in the past are NOT eligible to re-apply, therefore, please avoid sharing such references.
· Candidates with offer from other companies can also apply.
· Fresher referral will not attract referral reward
· Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated with feedback
· Referral email should carry the subject line mentioning the college name + engg. Specialization
Since the number of positions are limited, the screening process will be quite rigid. Therefore, we will chose relatively more competent candidates.
