We are planning to hire senior people in the team. Job descriptions below. My first route and preference will be through references. So please refer your friends/acquaintances/past colleagues etc. for hiring. Referral policy will be in place as always.

But before you refer someone and they go through the interview process, ensure the below

• that the person is strong technically and meets the criteria laid out in the JD
• that he/she is a good team player and will fit into the team culture (the last thing I want is somebody with attitude - ours being a small team)
• that they are willing to learn a lot on technology and move up their career in a product company (they should be aware that we are a product company and not services)
• you should have convinced them to join us. tell them about the work here, environment, healthcare, growth etc. - they should be excited to join us

Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

• 4-7 years of hands-on .NET programming 
  
• Should have contributed to at least one project related to enterprise application development
  
• Strong programming skills and unit testing knowledge
  
• Expert in .NET framework
  
• Goo knowledge of relational databases
  
• Strong in OOPS concepts
  
• Understand design. Should also be able to contribute to architecture and design and take independent design decisions.
  
• Create unit test cases and unit test developed code
  
• Passionate about work, willingness to learn, take ownership and able to develop modules E2E. 
• Should have more-than-basic exposure to Javascript programming. Expertise in programming using Javascript or Node.js is a plus

Front-end Engineer (HTML/CSS)

• 2-5 years of solid experience
• Expert in HTML, CSS. Should be able to convert visual designs (from photoshop etc.) to clean HTML using CSS, LESS and other concepts
• Good knowledge of Bootstrap, LESS or other CSS preprocessors 
  
• Experience in designing complex user interfaces
  
• Should have worked on web-based applications (not just plain web sites)
• Should have exposure to HTML5 designs and concepts
• Exposure to modern designing tools
• Familiar with jQuery, JavaScript and Angular.js framework.
