OIL & GAS

Structural Designers (Job Code - SD)

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical)

3 to 10 years of experience in structural designing/modeling detailing in the Oil and Gas domain (either offshore or onshore) using tools like Microstation/Autocad/Prosteel/SP3D/Tribon/PDS/PDMS etc.

Structural Engineers (Job Code - STRUCTURES)

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical)/M.Tech (Structures)

2 to 8 years of experience in design and analysis of steel structures. Should be conversant with Staad Pro and ANSYS. Exposure to Marine/Offshore Oil and Gas/Power/Process Plant structures will be an added advantage.

Pipe Support Engineers (Job Code - PSE)

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)

3 to 10 years of experience in pipe support and pipe support frame calculations, and support positioning for non-critical lines in the Oil and Gas domain. Experience in 3D modeling in PDMS/MDS software is required.

Instrumentation Engineers (Job Code - IEFG)

Qualification: B.Tech (Instrumentation & Control/Electrical/Electronics)

5 to 10 years of instrumentation & controls detail engineering experience in Oil and Gas domain (either offshore or onshore), along with knowledge of various applicable standards. Experience in control system engineering and commissioning will be an 
added advantage.

NUCLEAR POWER

Pipe Stress Engineers (Job Code - PSTE)

Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)

2 to 5 years of experience in power plant pipe stress analysis, with good knowledge on piping standards ASME B31.1 and proficient in analysis tools like CAESAR II or any equivalent tool. Responsibilities include review of isometrics, design, validation and documentation of pipes and selection of pipe supports.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND TRANSPORTATION

Pro E Engineers (Job Code - PROE)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with a minimum experience of 2 years or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum experience of 4 years. Sound knowledge of GD&T, PDM (Wind Chill) is also necessary.

Position 1: Candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling and detailing with some or all of the Pro E modules like Pro Sheet Metal, Pro Casting, Pro Weld, Pro Assembly, Pro Piping and Pro Cabling.

Position 2: Candidate should have hands-on experience in large assembly handling and a sound knowledge of some or all of the above modules.

Catia V5 Engineers (Job Code - CATIA)

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical)

3 to 6 years of experience in various design activities like product design, engineering changes and manufacturing drawings creation. Experience in Rail/Automotive/Aerospace domain and PLM tools will be an added advantage.

CONSUMER PRODUCTS

Product Design Engineers (Job Code - PDE)

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical)

4 to 8 years of experience in modeling and detailing. Exposure to production machinery, consumer products with manufacturing environment with basic engineering skills. Experience in R&D with product life cycle knowledge. Domain Knowledge: Product design, plastics and mold design. Software Tool: Unigraphics  

AEROSPACE

Structural Analysis Engineers/Leads (Job Code - SAE)

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical)

3 to 8 years of experience in finite element modeling and analysis of Automotive/Heavy Engineering/Gas Turbine/Aerospace Electrical Systems components using ANSYS/NASTRAN/PATRAN/ HYPERMESH.
