Major Tasks & Responsibilities

·         Provides technical expertise on L2 support for production issues

·         Participates in consultation on Projects execution

·         Facilitates resolution of raised incidents or production issues

·         Documents incident resolution and steps taken to resolve incidents (monitoring reports)

·         Resolution of incidents for managed systems within SLA

·         Improvement / enhancement of scripts or service operations

·         Incident Report (IR) documentation and monitoring reports

·         Conducts tests and execution of production fixes

2-6 Yrs

Patrol & BMC Proactive net Performance Management

Mode of employment :

·         Implementation, configuration of monitoring solutions based on BMC Proactive Net Performance Manager.

·         Should have excellent skills in BMC Event Manager, Patrol Console/Agent

·         Should have worked on migrating environments from patrol to BPPM

·         Configure and integrate BMC Event Manager and Impact Manager

·         Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Windows based hosts.

·         Implementation and configuration of various Knowledge Modules

·         Specification and implementation of interfaces to other systems management solutions specifically non BMC to perform Event correlation

·         Life cycle management for all above mentioned products.

·         Customization of above tools to meet customer requirements.

Essential: General this role requires expert administration, support and engineering skills (user only skills are not sufficient). UNIX, windows skills and scripting are fundamental requirements.

 

Job Description: Remedy ITSM Tools Analyst

 

  • The ITSM Tools Analyst will provide subject matter expertise on the BMC Remedy ITSM tool suites. 
  • 3-4 years of experience in BMC Remedy ITSM 7.X.
  • End to End implementation experience of BMC Remedy ITSM.
  • Requirements Definition, Technical Specifications Documentation
  • Configuration of BMC Remedy ITSM.
  • Customization experience. Especially in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
  • CMDB implementation and its data modeling.
  • Experience architecting, deploying, configuring, and integrating ITSM modules.
  • Integration knowledge of different techniques such as web service, DB link, Java API
  • Expertise and experience on the Data migration.
  • Integration knowledge with BMC BPPM and CMDB.
  • ITIL V3 certified.

3-7 Yrs

NETWORK ENGINEER (CEBU)

·         Graduate of Engineer Science, or any IT-related course

·         3-5 years work experience in Network Engineering/ Administrator.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

·         Experience on Network troubleshooting for routing, switching technologies

·         Hands on exposure to routing protocols like OSPF,BGP,IS-IS,EIGRP etc.

·         Sound knowledge of MPLS,Frame Relay,DSL,CLNS Technologies

·         Experience of working on Switching, VLAN, Trunking, STP, PVST, Ether Channel & Cisco L2 & L3 Switches

·         Strong Network Fundamentals of TCP/IP, Subnetting.

·         Hands on experience of Cisco and Ruckus Wireless Access Points.

·         Knowledge on ITIL framework

·         CCNP Certification Preferable.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

·         Troubleshooting of all network Incident reported by Service Desk. As well as working on Service requests.

·         Troubleshooting issues related to Layer 2/ 3 skills like Switching / Routing / MPLS/DSL/Frame Relay and also Wireless Networks.

·         Provide escalation support and assistance to Change Operations teams.

·         Coordination with Level 1 and L3 support to troubleshoot the network issues.

·          Customer service; take ownership and manage all support cases via ticketing systems, provide regular updates to end users/requesters and close tickets within agreed timescales.

·         Significant exposure of working on a highly customized SAP & BW system.
