Opportunities for Techno-functional Program Manager @ Mahindra Satyam!   Role Experience Job Description Job Location Techno functional Program Manager 8-12 years Primary Skills:   ·         Strong technical knowledge on Java/J2EE , ORACLE along with configuration, control & release management processes ·         Knowledgeable on emerging technologies viz., Web2.0, mobile applications etc. ·         Experience in working on multiple architectures, middleware & project infrastructure. ·         Strong experience in solution providing in middleware, SOA, mobility etc. ·         Strong Project /Program Management experience ·         Proficiency in CMMi & ISO best practices. ·         Maintain / Initiate close customer relationships in driving various initiatives technically & functionally. ·         Experience in onsite-offshore coordination and coordination with multiple units/vendors ·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ·         Should be able to provide innovative technical solutions proactively to the customer.   Secondary Skills:   ·         Should have experience on existing architecture & infrastructure and come up with suggestions on improving TAT for development. ·         Client Management experience. ·         Experience in Open Source & Proprietary tools a plus (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, jMeter etc). ·         Capable of implementing innovative and industry best practices. ·         Good knowledge on testing principles.
