Skills Required :

  • B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
  • 6 - 7 Years of Experience in Java/ J2ee Technologies 
  •  5 or more years of experience with  Core Java, J2EE, Spring 3.0, Windows O/S.
  • 3-4 or more years of experience with JSP 2.0 /Servlet/JSTL/HTML/Javascript, AJAX, 
  • Atleast one experience in Product Development.


Job Description :

  • Completes coding on new, complex and involved systems; conducts code reviews.
  • Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance.
  • Evaluate and modify existing programs to take changes in systems requirements or equipment configurations into account.
  • Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems.
  • Helps to develop project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives.
  • Provide input to technical standards and systems investments.
  • Assist in evaluating alternative protocols, tools, standards and systems investments.
  • Encourage domain knowledge and aim to be/build an SME in specific functional component.
  • Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines.
  • Interaction with technical work group and business partners results in a positive impact on accomplishment of project goals.
