Sr. Manager HR

Experience -7+ yrs. industry experience,  Master/ Graduate / Post Graduate

Role - Managing employees and organizational expectations is the most important part of Manager – H.R.'s responsibilities.

Responsible for

Ø  Recruitment, training, designing & implementing the HR/ Personnel Policies & Procedures and the process of Performance Evaluation.

Ø  Part of the Management Group and will report to CEO. He/she will work closely with the other members of the management group to make all-e a preferred employer. He shall have key role to play in creating an increasingly better work environment and organization culture.

Ø  People Management

Ø  Recruitment – including liaison with agencies

Ø  Training coordination, Design & implementation of policies, Appraisal process.

Ø  Compensation structuring, Statutory compliances for PF etc., Counseling, Employees' welfare

 

Asst. Manager HR

Experience- MBA (H.R.) with minimum 4 years' experience in BPO / KPO / LPO experience will be given preference.
Role -Good Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsible for

Ø  Ability to work flexible hours.

Ø  Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.

Ø  Extremely high level of attention to detail - Managing employee life cycle within the company.

Ø  Drafting and organization wide implementations of Human Resource policies.

Asst. Manager Finance

Experience – 8 to 10yrs of relevant experience

Role - Oversees Accounts receivables and payable.

Responsible for

Ø  Coordinating with the lawyers in the process of finalizing agreements viz. Shareholders agreements, contracts with clients etc.

Ø  Negotiates with banks for maintenance of existing facilities and obtaining new facilities.

Ø  Negotiates with vendors for procurement of and payment of capital expenditure items.

Ø  Maintains all vendor agreements, contracts, e.g. A M C/ Transport/ Insurance of fixed assets etc.

Ø  Devise cost control measures

Ø  Guidance to line staff for cost control.

Ø  Verification of Salary account

Ø  Carry out Statutory deductions of PPF/ESIC/Profession Tax/TDS

Ø  Ensures timely processing of  Banking and Treasury operations

Ø  Oversees payments and expenses related to U.S. Liaison office.

Ø  Adherence to Information Security Policy

Ø  CA - Inter/ MBA in Finance

Executive HR

Experience- MBA in HR with 2-3 yrs of Relevant Industry Experience.

Role- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees' training needs and arranges training schedules for employees. Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.

Ø  Performance Mgmt. and Succession Planning - Manages employee performance and their career advancement. Facilitate implementation of Career Growth Programmed.

Ø  Compensation and Benefits Mgmt. – Benchmark Compensation and Benefits, analyze and advise on issues of salary, compensation and benefits

Process Trainer

Experience- must have five or more years of sales experience with a proven track record in general, and should have at least two years of experience in sales in the same industry as the company. The trainer should also have experience in teaching sales techniques to others.

Role- The duties of the sales trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.

Ø  Many sales trainer positions are full-time positions. Often, when the trainer is not conducting formal seminars, he should be accessible as a resource for sales professionals to seek help for additional training.

Ø  The sales trainer Good presentation skills are mandatory.

Operation Team Leader

Experience - Graduate with at least 1 year (preferred) of experience at an TL level in a Operation function

Sales domain experience must

Role -Will need to have experience managing 10-15 agents and will report directly into the Group leader – Operations

Ø  Ensure agent utilization is at peak at all times.

Ø  Share performance reports with the team on a daily basis

IT Business Analyst

Experience -4 Year of experience

Software Developer

Experience -Software Developer with at least 3years of experience

Technical Specification: Asp.Net 3.5/4.0, ASP/VB, MS SQL 2005/2008, Ajax, JavaScript/JQuery

Role -Ability to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and further be able to implement a solution utilizing the specifications.

Ø  Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines

Ø  Arranging for breakdown maintenance of utility equipment's

Service Engineer

 

Requirement of Skills & Qualification
