Opportunity with Mize Software Solutions Pvt Ltd @ Hyderabad Location
Role:: Associate Technical Architect
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and implement architecture roadmap for web, cloud, and mobile systems and applications
* Design and development of system architecture and product platform components
* Review, assess, consult and mentor to deliver on product vision and strategies
Job responsibilities:
* Design, Develop and evolve the platform, technology frameworks, base architectures, and interfaces upon which products are built.
* Design, Develop and Maintain software development framework to be used by development teams
* Design and Develop reusable components or subsystems that are used by product development team
* Investigate, Evaluate and Recommend open source or commercial tools and components to be used in product development
* Design for and implement components to meet technical requirements such as performance, security and compliance
* Research, diagnose and find solutions to complex technical issues.
* Act as a consultant to development teams in answering questions and providing help to resolve technical problems
* Review software designs and code to ensure architectural integrity and reuse
* Architect RESTful Services and design public Web APIs
* Integrate a diverse set of internal and external data sources
Job requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
* 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented Design and Development using J2EE
* 10+ years of software industry experience with at least 5 years in architecture
* Demonstrated knowledge of Web architecture, frameworks and design patterns
* Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
* Fluent in Object Oriented Design and Programming Techniques
Other Qualifications & skills:
* Strong experience with JVM ecosystem (Java Memory Model, Concurrency, Asyc IO)
* Ability to architect scalable, fault-tolerant Distributed Systems
* Fluency with multiple languages on the JVM (Scala, Clojure, JRuby)
* Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, HBase, Neo4J)
* Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, SNS)
* Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms and statistics.
* Extreme passion for learning new technologies
* Expert coder (must write scalable, maintainable, efficient, and elegant code)
* Experience with protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP)
* Familiarity with Hadoop, Pig or other MapReduce-based architectures
