IT Service Manager We are looking for an IT Service Manager for our client's IT Operations team. This person will be part of an in integral team responsible for the day to day support of IT technology and services utilized in the operation of this group's business model. IT Service Managers will manage the ITIL Service Management operations for the functions that span across multiple IT infrastructure towers including data center, network, and server. The candidate will ensure that all major Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management operations are being executed properly in support of the services. Additionally they will ensure the processes are being followed and monitored for compliance and Key Performance Indicators are performing above target and deliver special projects as required. Qualifications and Experience · Minimum of 5 to 10+ years overall IT Management experience. · Experience in managing infrastructure operations teams with an emphasis on large-scale server, network, and storage operations management. · ITIL Foundation certification · Proficient with service management tools including BMC Remedy · A proven ability to develop positive working relationships in a distributed team. · Experience establishing credibility with infrastructure teams · Proven ability to have a strong understanding of the Customers' business and objectives. · Experience with Infrastructure Operations and the management of a reactive service support organization · Experience in understanding cross-tower Goals, KPIs and Objectives and demonstrate actions supporting them · Understanding of a IT operations and core infrastructure · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) - ability to interact and communicate with global customer to drive service excellence . |
