| | Description: Core Skills/Technologies: - Should have workable knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory Technologies.
- Should possess knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Should possess strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems, to include deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Should have proven experience with server hardware and troubleshooting; to include:
· Intel server platforms · RAID technologies · Liaising with hardware vendors · DRAC/iLO configuration & support - Should have good experience with VMWare and other virtual technologies
- Familiarity with Remedy software usage
- Ability to write and maintain technical documentation & procedures
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team
- Ability to take initiative and work without supervision
- Should posses excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Good understanding of the Software development lifecycle.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent and masters is a plus
- Should have Microsoft MCSE and or equivalent of 4+ years of experience in supporting Windows 2003/2008 Operating Systems in a LAN/WAN environment
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in installation and configuration of Windows 2003/2008 Operating Systems, full installation and/or core installation.
· Dell and/or HP server certifications. · Installation of HBA cards, SAN drivers, firmware upgrades · Experience with MS Security patching using WSUS · Working Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions for CLIENT's Windows infrastructure · Good working knowledge of Backup systems and tape management · Experience with third party software and hardware inventory applications - Programming and scripting experience, preferably in VBScript / PowerShell.

- Configuration and administration of DNS, DHCP, WINS, LAN, and WAN services / environments
- Provide Implementing and supporting HP and Dell servers, maintaining server & data center inventory
- Detail oriented with ability to QA her/his own work
- Perform R & D activities and manage Infrastructure technical projects.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts and week ends on need basis in close co-ordination with onsite and offshore team as well as with end users across the globe, in a multi vendor / service provider environment.
- Creation and maintenance of technical documents as per standards followed in CLIENT
