Job Description:
Candidate will be required to analyze understand technical requirements, and should involve in calls and email the job description and engage them according to the recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates & Create contacts within industry
· Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
· Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
· Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
· Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
· Knowledge of or ability to understand technical terminology and concepts
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
Required Skills:
· Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively within a recruitment team as well as independently.
· Highly motivated, conscientious individual, who is detailed and very organized.
