Job Description:

 

As a member of Tools development team, applicants will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting components for various internal tools for the organization. They  will be involved in the development lifecycle from design, development, testing and release with a focus on delivering solutions for the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities:

ü  Design, Development, Build and Support the essential components for internal tools

ü  Work on all the layers (UI, middleware and database)

ü  Integrate with the exiting set of tools

ü  Work with the support team to understand the requirements and deliver

ü  Willing to work on FIS Internal Development projects

ü  Prior experience in developing HR related tool is added advantage

ü  Should be good in Tool Development, Team Handling and responsible for designing, developing and supporting internal tool

ü  Good Communication

 

 Skills Required:

ü  5 - 9 years of experience in Dot Net web development (Web applications)

ü  Well versed in C# and ASP.Net

ü  Experience in designing UI with HTML5 and Java script

ü  Capable of deploying and configuring web applications in IIS

ü  Strong knowledge in SQL Server Database (SQL, Stored Procedures, Function, Trigger)

ü  Experienced in tools development in the past is an added advantage

QA-Automation Testing: Experience: 3 years and above Skills: ·        Hands-on experience in Selenium tool. ·        Knowledge of any  scripting language, test case writing, defect tracking, automation framework

QA-Manual Testing: Experience: 2-4 years Skills: ·        Experience of testing client server and web applications. ·        Strong understanding of testing methodologies and practices.

Front End Developer: Experience: 3 years and above Skills: ·        Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 with Responsive design and JQuery. ·        Experience in MVC architectures like AngularJS & BackboneJS.

UI DESIGNER: Experience: 3 years and above Skills: ·        Experience in designing web/desktop/handheld devices. ·        Good understanding of visual & UI design tools. ·        Experience in client communication. ·        Experience in usability reviews, creating wireframes, and data gathering would be an added advantage. ·        Commercial art background and/or certification in Usability will be preferred.
