Communicate with operation staff on client issue, policy change etc. Should be able to communicate effectively with customer based out of UK. Call up the customer to get information about the applicant. Working knowledge of PCs e.g MS Office. Excellent key board skill. Generic understanding of customer service. Excellent spoken English and written communication skill. UK insurance knowledge and medical experience would be preferred.
