Job Description
We have Walk-In interview   From  Monday to Saturday Serco BPO for Quality Analyst

Experience: 2 years experience in domestic call  or at least 6mth as QA

Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Auditing Calls and Giving Feedbacks,
      • SPOC for Call Calibrations with clients and internal.
      • Identifying the TNI and Conducting Refreshers with the Help of Trainers.
      • To Ensure that Product Update is Cascaded across

Inbound Process- 2 ( Shift Timing :6am-12am any 9 hr)
Outbound Process-2 (Shift Timing :8am-8pm any 9 hr)

Languages: English with Kannada& Telugu

Exp -3+year  1year as quality analyst

Education :Under Graduate

Salary : CTC 10K
