Mandatory:

 

·         Architecting Dynamics CRM implementation in diverse environment for centralized management and control on business activities.

·         Analyse business processes and re-engineer it to suit the business and process automation.

·         Expert of designing architecture for integration of MS Dynamics CRM with Enterprise Systems

·         Corporate Performance Management – business planning and controlling through the design and implementation of Business Solution and resource planning and utilization
