- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them

- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements/ workflows and determine system needs Document detailed system specifications for large/ complex system maintenance and development requests
- Provide explanations and information to others on complex issues
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
- Analyze alternatives and recommendations

Desired Skill Set :
|
- 3- 4.2 years of relevant experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
- Strong Java programming (JDK1.5 or higher) experience
- Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts, UML artifacts
- Very good in development of applications using Java, JSP, Servlets & MQ.
- Sound knowledge of Oracle & SQL.
- Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework & Spring MVC.
- Experience in XML & Web services.
- Experience in Subversion & Maven will be a plus.
- Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
- Experience in using JUnit / JTest.
- Willing to learn new technology.
- Should have played the role of a technical mentor in his career.
- Should posses sound knowledge of SDLC processes.
- Proficient in use of application servers preferably Websphere
- Good Communication Skills.
