Position Qualification Experience Job Description Work Location   Analyst - Contact Center - Healthcare                 Any Graduates Total 1.5 -2.5 years experience in Customer Support in International BPO organization, preferably from voice background /Excellent Communication Skills/ Open for 24/7 environment/shift Provide superior customer service by ensuring the quality and level of support meets or exceeds the customers' expectations . Hyderabad Process Associate – Collections - Global Accounting           Graduate – Commerce/Accounting Total 2 years of Relevant Collections experience  in International BPO organization /Should have Voice support experience/  Excellent Communication Skills/ Open for shifts Responsible for collection activities. Provides value by resolving billing disputes with customers.
