Pehchaan Open Positions – RIM ITSC (Pune / Hyderabad)    RIM ITSC : (Job Code-IT Helpdesk Analyst) ·         1-2 years IT experience preferably in Voice technical support. ·         Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment. ·         Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, VPN, Peripheral devices.
