	Dear All,   Employee Referral's are invited for  freshers in ADM department...       Selection Criteria Consistent academic performance throughout - 70% or above in 10, 12th and B-Tech/MCA/M Sc Comp Science .  Should have done their academic project in Java /.NET/Oracle.  Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed Java /.NET/Oracle course in a reputed training centre.  Candidates with  relevant  certification  in above mentioned skills  will have an added advantage.  As in the past, we believe that referrals provided by you form a better source for our organization as you all very well know what it takes to be an ACISian.                   Please email resumes to acis-itreferrals@allianzcornhill.co.in with subject line <name of the candidate> <your Emp ID> <Position applied for>   Eg, Jerin Raju   /   ACISxxxx / Software Engineer        Please Note: Last date of submission of resumes is  1st March  2012.     *Terms and Conditions:   ·    This scheme ends on  01st Mar, 2012. ·     All communication with the referral candidate shall be undertaken by HR department only. ·    All ACIS Employees except those in HR Department, Senior Management and those involved in the selection process at any stage are eligible for a referral bonus.  ·    Referred candidate must be well known to the referrer. ·    No undue favours/pressure to take a referral will be entertained at any point in time.  ·    Relatives of employee will not be considered in the same department as the referrer. The final decision of hiring a relative will be at the sole discretion of the HR department. ·    Referrer will not be a part of the interviewing panel/committee  ·    Candidates will be selected purely based on merits and without prejudice and bias. ·    There shall be no restrictions on the number of candidates referred by a single employee  ·    To qualify for the corresponding referral amounts, the concerned employee and the referred employee have to be in the rolls of the Company at the time of qualifying for such referral amount(s). ·    For referral candidate referred by two or more referrers, the first employee referring the candidate will qualify for the referral amount on satisfying the qualifying conditions.  ·    HR shall notify to the qualifying referrer immediately upon the referred candidate joining the Company.   ·   In the event of any dispute, the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of HR ·         Regards  ACIS – HR Recruitment
