  • Responsible for customer service turnaround with set time frames.
  • Maintain a record of processed case reference number for logistic.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles.
  • Handle written customer correspondence on behalf of customer.
  • Communicate with operation staff on client issue, policy change etc.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively with customer based out of UK.
  • Call up the customer to get information about the applicant.
  • Working knowledge of PCs e.g MS Office.
  • Excellent key board skill.
  • Generic understanding of customer service.
  • Excellent spoken English and written communication skill.
  • UK insurance knowledge and medical experience would be preferred.
  • BE/BTech/BPharm/MPharm/MMS/MCM/MBA/MCA are not eligible to apply

Team Member (Back Office)
Domestic process


Bachelors Degree
9months to 2 years of experience
  • Good communication skills.
  • Any graduate with minimum 9 months to 24 months of experience.
  • Ready to work in shifts including Night Shift.
  • No gap during academics (Gap more than 2 years).
  • Loans / Financial domain exp will be preferred.
  • BE/BTech/BPharm/MPharm/MMS/MCM/MBA/MCA are not eligible to apply.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Should have speaking & writing knowledge of English.
  • In addition, should know 1 more regional language [Hindi,  Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam,]
  • Should be willing to make outbound sales calls.
  • Prior experience in Customer service calls will be an advantage.
  • Shift Timing 9am to 7pm.
  • Knowledge of English language is a must.
  • BE/MBA/MCA are not eligible to apply.

3 Simple Steps to Refer your buddy

Step 1: Create buddy's profile  
Go to Ultimatix --> WorkForce Management --> Global Recruitment System --> Referrer Home --> Create Buddy Profile.
*Select BPO option for referring your Buddies for BPO

Step 2: Ask buddy to confirm profile
Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy) and confirm the profile.

Step 3: Ask buddy to upload resume
Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to upload the application form and resume.
