Ø Have to know the quality of delivery on various techniques used to ensure quality like TDD (Test Driven Development) etc...
Ø Should have strong designing skills
Ø Should be very strong in methodology like Agile, water fall.

3) SAP PI (Process Integration) consultant- Code: SAPPI
Ø Should have 3+ total IT experience.
Ø Should have at least 2 years of SAP XI/PI experience with atleast one implementation.
Ø Good practical knowledge in SAP– Net Weaver XI/PI Architecture and its components (SLD, IR, ID, Adapter Framework, Adapter Modules, RWB)
Ø Strong skills in standard PI adapters, IDOC, RFC, ABAP and RFC destinations.
Ø Hands on experience in Runtime workbench, communication channel scheduling, Message Monitoring, ALE Configuration.
Ø Should have worked on UDFs, RFC Lookups.

· Strong working knowledge on Adobe Forms and Workflow.
· SAP ABAP certifications (OPTIONAL)

9) Linux System Administrator – Code: LSA
Exp.: (4+ Yrs. to 6 Yrs.)
Ø Solid Unix Sys admin background – Required.

Ø Other Unix variants (e.g., Solaris) - Fourth preference
