PS: This mailbox is not monitored, please do not reply to this mail.     SKILL CAREER STAGE LOCATION                                WCS                   Associate & Senior Associate Bangalore ·         We are looking for someone who has strong, hands-on experience with Websphere Commerce Server (WCS) & Java J2ee development. ·         Should have a good understanding of online e-commerce concepts (i.e. shop, browse, order, B2B/B2C.   ·         A Senior Associate Platform contributes to Sapient engagements of Sr. Developer/Sr. Designer and managing delivery of a module(s) through fusion, Enterprise Architecture release (EAR), development and maintenance phases of a project ·         Ecommerce domain experience would be a plus   ·         Participates in requirement gathering and design sessions and creates necessary requirement artifacts based on the guidelines. ·         Design, plan and implement IT solutions for a Websphere Commerce environment ·         Mentoring & Coaching team members ·         Provides inputs and designs application modules under direction of a Senior Developer/Track Lead or an Architect ·         Proficient in UML and abstracts detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques ·         Creates, maintains and updates the design documentation for the modules ·         Delivers in compliance with Sapient methodology, processes, tools and technology standards ·         Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews.   ·         Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions ·         Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) ·         Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.   EXPERIENCE ·         Associate: 2 to 4 years of total/relevant IT experience and at least 06 months to 1 year of minimum professional experience with WCS technologies. ·         Senior Associate: 4 to 8 years of total/relevant IT experience and 1 to 2 years of minimum professional experience with WCS technologies.   EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required.
