3.     Manager/Senior Manager            Skills required/Description : §  Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HealthCare §  Preferred: Minimum of  3 years of experience in Facets custom application development §  Required: Hands-on experience in Resource Planning;  Capacity Planning, Skill Gap Analysis & Training; Finance planning and Budget maintenance §  Preferred : Minimum of 3 year experience in SQL/SYBASE/Java/Swings/Springs/UNIX §  Required: Process knowledge about Metrics, Version control, Estimation techniques. §  Preferred: Hands-on experience in the following Tools: Clear case, Clear quest & Visio §  Should be well versed with US Healthcare Payer domain with Sybase/Java knowledge §  Strong analytical skills, excellent communication ,presentation and client handling skills §  Prior experience in handling teams	8 + years
