Experience:
· 6+ Years of software testing experience · 3+ Years of software testing experience in Health care domain in DICOM
Skill Sets:
· Knowledge DICOM, HL7 and IHE Standards · Very good in Testing and Test methodologies knowledge · Good Understanding of various Test Design Concepts · Expertise in Interoperability Workflow Aspects · Exposure to Software Development Cycle · Exposure to Regulatory requirements like FDA etc.
Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:
· Formulate V&V strategy, plan and execute agile testing and verification activities of the program/project in consultation and alignment with partners. · Create Test cases based on the requirements and standard and maintain them to improve the test coverage · Support the scrum teams in review and execution of test cases, ensure coverage and completeness of testing as per defined doneness criteria · Involve in Review of Requirements, Design and Plans and test cases.
Personal Characteristics:
· Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. · Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently. · Ability to work in evolving areas with potentially high ambiguity levels · Ability to effectively work locally and with global teams · Analytical and Creative · Good Team player
Experience:
· 7+ years of software development experience with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, data structures and design principles · Hands on experience in Java programming language · Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Visual Force/APEX development/Custom Objects/Triggers is a big plus · Knowledge of SFDC packaging, custom reports/workflows is a plus · DEV401 certification is a big plus · Knowledge of Angular JS framework is a plus · Ability to work in the Agile/SCRUM model · Ability to mentor the team technically · Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills · Identifies key technical risks and develop mitigation and recovery plan · Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others · Communication skills: excellent oral and written skills · Detail oriented; ability to multitask · Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision · An excellent Collaborator
Responsibility and Key Result Areas
· Analyzes and understands the Software/Functional Requirements Specification · Contributes to Features/User stories for complex modules/SRS for the key modules · Provides technical guidance in a technical, functional/domain area, Participates in all key technical decisions · Creates (detailed) design within specified top level design/architecture · Defines and implements key functional and non-functional aspects in the program. · Supports team in sprint planning by defining and estimating work-break-downs and supports in defining task specifications towards a team of engineers · Participates in peer reviews for project artifacts and ensure the quality of deliverables · Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities · Manages technical communication with Partners · Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study, technical contacts, and propagate it · Acts as a role model for other technical members in the group · Guides and coaches the project team in technology as and when applicable
Responsibility and Key Result Areas
· Between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience · Strong programming background, OOPs, design patterns and data structures · Good coding skills in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS · Grunt or similar type Javascript task runner is advantageous · Mustache, Handlebars or other types of templating experience · Unit testing experience in QUnit or Jasmine or similar testing framework is a strong advantage · Extra bonus for experience in TypeScript and Kendo UI · Corresponding libraries e.g. JQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, Angular or similar framework experience is an advantage · Exposure to Force.com platform is advantageous · An interest and preferably working experience in agile development methodologies · A team player, eager to invest in personal and team growth, curious · Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills. A problem solving and pragmatic attitude
